Research interests
Plant-pollinator relationships are intricate and multilayered;
for instance, many plants produce secondary metabolites (SMs)
that may impact floral visitors through neuroactive,
pharmacological or toxic mechanisms. In my PhD project, I combine my broad background in pharmacology, neuroscience, animal behaviour, and botany with computational methods to help elucidate our understanding of plant-pollinator relationships and inform novel conservation strategies.
