Daniela Scaccabarozzi is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Queen Mary University of London at Chittka Lab, aftere being Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Uppsala University (Sweden). She is a pollination and evolutionary biologist investigating plant–pollinator interactions, with a particular focus on visual and chemical signals, orchids, and bees.

Her research integrates ecology, sensory biology, and the evolution of floral traits to understand the mechanisms driving pollination and plant diversification. She earned a dual Ph.D. from Curtin University and the University of Naples Federico II through a competitive international scholarship.

She has received several prestigious awards, including the Endeavour Fellowship (Australian Government), the Talent-Introduction Program (Chinese Government), and the current Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship.
