My interests lie primarily in the areas of neuroethology
and sensory ecology. My past research involved
investigating the processing of natural images in the
hoverflies visual system.
Currently, together with other team members, I am working
towards the exploration of insect sentience using
behavioural tests in larvae and adult black soldier flies.
